IMU 200 GP
The ARM IMU 200 GP is an embedded low-cost system for monitoring inertial behaviors in general purpose systems for any kind of application such railway, marine, automotive etc..
The ARM IMU 200 GP architecture is based on an inside RISC ARM 3 processor that allows fast data processing of its 3 highly accurate gyros and 3 high stability inclinometers.
ARM IMU 200 GP is all in one and ready to use system, in fact it does not need any external unit to work and its power supply is provided by a rechargeable battery.
Furthermore its data communication is based on Ethernet UDP protocol (optional WiFi) really easy to use and to connect.
The inside 84MHz clock ARM processor allows very fast inertial data calculation and the raw values of each inertial sensor can be read up to 800Hz with a bias correction provided by high stability algorithms.
ARM IMU 200 GP is provided with an appropriate software for the acquisition and visualization of the raw inertial data.
Moreover that software allows to configure customizable digital filters on each sensor data and to calculate math function such as rms, max, min values.
For demanding customers a customizable inside firmware version of the system is also available. To the multi interface ARM processor is also connected a GPS module and a digital magnetometer.
With these issues the ARM IMU 200 GP is able to get out also heading, latitude and longitude data.
The case is rugged aluminum, lightweight and compact for very fast installations.
The whole system can be used in very harsh environment, the case has high index protection degree [IP67] and wide temperature range [-40, +85] Celsius degree.
Our product line currently offers two different devices and we are working on platforms able to include many other features.
